What opportunities will you stop doing?

Time for the end of the year push. Which opportunities in your funnel are you going to stop engaging on?


It's always healthy periodically reevaluate your opportunities.


Do they still align with your ICP?


Is the customer as committed now as when you first started the engagement?


Has something changed in the market to effect your ability to win?


Has something changed in your product roadmap that will effect your ability to meet the customers expectation?


Don't get caught in the sunk cost fallacy! Just because you spent time so far on the opportunity doesn't mean you should going forward.


Always put your resources to the opportunities you have the best chance to win. If the opportunity doesn't fit, then move on.
